KEITH consists of 2 parts that you should complete one after another.
The focus of KEITH is on the two HYROX strength exercises Sled Push and Sled Pull. We suggest you use competition weight or heavier.
Once you completed the requested distance, you can rest for the remaining time until the next round starts. So if you completed 25m Sled Push within 40 seconds, you will have 50 seconds of rest until you start the next round.
Scaling: You can scale KEITH by decreasing the weights.
