Test your Hyrox Level

The HYROX Physical Fitness Test (P’F”T) has been specifically designed give you the perfect introduction into your new sport, whilst also giving you an insight into your HYROX fitness level.

Each year, we host PFT’s at various gyms in the United Kingdom & Ireland, giving you ample opportunity to try your hand at the HYROX taster surrounded by like-minded people and members of our #HYROXFAMILY!

The P’F”T Workout

  • 1000m Run (outdoor or treadmill at 2% incline)
  • 50 Burpee Broad Jumps (90 cm)
  • 100 Stationary Lunges (Fully Extended)
  • 1000m Row
  • 30 Push Up (Hand Release)
  • 100 Wallballs (6kg male / 4 kg female)

Your Performance

The HYROX P’F”T gives you a great indication of your HYROX fitness level, whilst also offering a recommendation of which division you could sign up for:

  • 15 – 25 minutes – HYROX PRO
  • 25 – 35 minutes – HYROX Open
  • 30 – 40 minutes – HYROX Doubles
  • 35 – 45 minutes – HYROX Relay

Please note that there are no time caps or qualifications for HYROX, so feel free to sign up to any division that you feel comfortable with and we will support you to the finish line!
